Important Information on International Shipping

 

Our hats are shipped in specially designed export boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Most courier providers calculate shipping costs based on volumetric weight, which can result in higher shipping prices.

Additionally, since Panama Hats are considered luxury items in certain countries, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. 

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  • International shipping takes between 4 to 14 business days once the package is picked up (not including any customs and duties delays). 
  • Orders with more than 1 item may require extra processing time.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
